Sightseeing

We kicked off the day in Bath at a huge adventure playground which was a big hit with C&R and kept us all entertained for ages.

There were lots of different climbing areas, diggers in a sandpit, several types of slides,
swings and my favourite bit was the double swings that I could sit one side and R or C the other side - great fun.

After a pit stop at the cafe we headed into town for sightseeing. Pultenay Bridge, the river and the main streets. We collected a book I had ordered for C by a A A Milne with famous poetry in including one all about being 6. He is quite interested in poems after writing one for school and doing an amazing job reading them by himself.

Another bus ride back to base much to C & R's excitement then dinner and bed for 2 tired children.

T and I had some drinks with the others which was fun catching up and ended up with wheely chair racing!!
