Observatory Observed

From a different angle.
We spent most of the afternoon at the open doors event at the Observatory. It was absolutely brilliant. A comet cookery class (so to speak), rocket making and sending into orbit for the kids and lots of telescopes to look through for all.
It's a lovely building and I cure myself for only having my mobile with me but hey, a blip is a blip.
I'm tired now from all the walking and am hoping that the kids will fall into a deep sleep soon so that I can follow soon.
