Tiny Damselfly

I saw the movement and took a chance that I would get him in the shot. I was delighted to see him there when I opened my photos.  He is a very tiny Damselfly. I like the simple blue stripe on the tip of his body.

We came back to Portland for an appointment.....but back to the beach tomorrow morning.
