Downstream

Went a short drive from Ellon to the estuary at Newburgh as the afternoon dimmed to evening. Fancied a view looking east with the light on the dunes of the Ternery.

I took a few shots to build into a panorama and played around to balance the exposure on the five basic shots before I could stitch them together.

It was lucky to capture a little bit of interest with the walkers in the foreground. The Orkney ferry was heading North but it was sulking behind some dunes for this series of shots.
