After Hospital Walks

Another long day at the hospital.  We have received some news on Mum that really isn't the best news and I haven't really told you all the full facts.....on Friday Drs asked us to gather the family to say goodbye as Mum was incredibly poorly, hence us being here and a huge shock as everything felt like it was happening so quick. 

All results came back on Friday and Mum can not be treated as her condition is a very rare NHL and too advanced.  Mum also has a major heart condition .  However, today (back blip) the Drs said they could give mum a small steroid to 'help'.  The steroid will not give longevity of life and we are looking at weeks maybe months, slight emphasis on months but they feel that it will help.  Mum said she wanted to try it.  So that's where we are, we have gone from being told 'time up' to 'time is now not quite so up'

Mum will hopefully be around for a little longer.
