Thursday

Found a tree with a love heart on it when I went looking for a blip tonight.

It's been a day where I am glad it's done. Woke up thinking how can it only be Thursday.
After the conversations last night at counselling, they was the first thing I thought of when I woke. They have been in my head all day and it's making me sad.
We spoke about how I don't talk to anyone bar my counsellor, so can't talk things over when I need to. But as she knows I have no one to talk to.
I had my appraisal today, which was very positive, but change is on the cards and it's making me anxious.
Work have no idea about my life outside work, I feel like two different people.

Seeing this heart also made me sad.
