fishing in the rain

We were going to go to Leicester's Caribbean Carnival today but it's been pouring with rain - we even had a thunderstorm. So instead we went to Thornton, a little village near to where we live. This is the reservoir looking very silvery reflecting the grey sky. We also went inside the church in Thornton - the key was available from Norm's Shop at the end of the road. I got some nice pictures inside but need to read up about the church. We decided we'd go back another day and buy the little handbook that was on sale inside the church. There was an honesty box there but we didn't have any cash on us.
