Sweet Temptation!!

On a day of sunshine and showers, headed to a local hotel for afternoon tea to celebrate the 90th birthday of a family friend. Had a lovely time eating all sorts of forbidden delicacies, broke every single rule of my diet! But as it's my birthday tomorrow, I've decided FODMAP can go out of the window for the next day or two!!

Must dash and finish my preparations for tomorrow's early start. Hopefully I'll be home in time to post a blip for the day, as long as I don't fall asleep on the train and miss my stop on the way home! Now where are those binoculars...
