Flowers in the Rain

The plan was to go for a drive in the hills, have a light lunch and then do a short walk, but the weather had other ideas!  Ten minutes into the hills and the rain started and I'd only managed to take a few shots!

This one shows that at least the weeds are enjoying the weather, as the Rosebay Willow Herb is looking very bonny at the moment.  We passed a Vintage Vehicle Show in Glenisla (see Extra), which seemed to be mostly old tractors although we did see lots of vintage cars on the road approaching here too.

A very nice lunch at The Wee House at Glenshee, but no chance of a walk as the rain was very heavy when we left there.  Looking back through my blips, it's obvious Spring was much sunnier than Summer has been so far!
