Long 60 k ride today

Enjoyed riding with our local club today...it was perfect temps but a bit too hilly for my liking. Normally it would be fine but this is only my 4th time out this year. Poor weather, sore joints and holidays have made for very few rides. I have the Iron Girl competition next sunday with 800 other lively ladies, so really needed to work on my road cycling. My sweetie spent the day rowing at the iconic Canadian Henley, with a 2nd, 3rd and 4th. We will be cuddling up and having a quiet and restful evening.
