Canadian Henley, Triathlon & Baking

Busy day...it is our civic holiday and we had a slow start. We went out to St Catherines to meet the UVIC rowing group, have brunch and visit (top pic). On the way back we stopped in Grimsby so i could test the waters & try my wetsuit in preparation for the Iron Girl sprint triathlon next sunday. The waves were huge and the water is so high there is no beach. Once home i made 2 types of zucchini loaves, and my specialty, green tea cookies. All ready for our company the hazelhs next week!
