Travel essentials!

Always like a packet of mints on a long journey. My parents always kept a stash of polos in the car when we were children... I can still remember the polo sucking competitions - who can keep it whole for the longest time. Not me, I'm a cruncher!

We're back home today... a much better journey than the way up as it took 90 minutes less. We took a couple of detours to avoid traffic en route. You can see the traffic heading towards the Dartford tunnel on the other carriageway - glad we weren't travelling north today.

L has been brilliant all weekend, we're very proud of her. Now to sleep in her/our own bed again...
