Cake for Zombies!!

A morning of drizzly rain, yesterday's blue skies and warm sunshine feel like just a dream...

Had a wonderful, but long and busy day yesterday so have been in a zombie-like state for most of today and have taken things very easy. After an early morning visit to the doc, an afternoon of subdued celebrations, catching up on the birthday cake, bubbles and presents. In between, I watched a recording of yesterday's athletics action and managed to spot myself on tele. Glad I wore those white trousers, stood out in the crowd perfectly!

As you can see the non-FODMAP Diet continues, and judging by the size of the cake, is likely to continue for the rest of the week!!
