Goodness

Local honey.  I bought some last year and was really pleased to find I could purchase some more this year.  Unlike most of the mainstream honey you buy in shops (supermarkets), this is not pasteurised so it apparently contains more of the original 'goodness'.  Feeling under the weather today with a virus - its been doing the rounds at work and has left me feelling shattered. Spent lots of time sleeping and sitting on the sofa - trying to be productive and work out how I can reduce my use of plastics.  I discovered bamboo toothbrushes - which I am going to try - I think lots of people use them and I am a bit late catching on!
