Good Grief 289

Work continues hard - talking to someone about insomnia and related attachment stuff ...the struggle for a sense of limbic safety, enough to let go to sleep, and then all the other routes to human suffering. Trying to offset this perpetual tiredness and keep some movement going, I jumped on the bike after work.

Isn't it strange how, when you embark on a little venture, you just don't quite know where it might take you. And of course, of course, even though you think you might just be looking at something that you mistakenly think is already written, you are, in fact, continuing to write it. Of course...doh!
As I cycled I thought, 'it's not over until it's over and the fat lady sings'.
