Gluten-free Pasta and Salad

We took Victoria to Bishop’s Stortford for her usual appointment and while waiting we visited Café Thyme for coffee and I had a gluten-free caramel square. After she joined us we had a short walk around the town and bought some more wool for her to knit some more squares.

We had lunch in Prezzo and today’s picture is of my lunch, which was gluten-free Courgette Pappardelle; I had the light choice, which is a smaller position of pasta, served with a small salad. My two companions had huge Tre Gusti pizzas, these are shown in my extra picture; all three plates were cleared.

I then purchased some black wool as my husband has decided he would like a black woolly hat for winter; Victoria wants to make him a pink pompom to go on it!
