Overtime

The worst day surfing is better than the best day at the office. Unless you mix things up a bit.

More music notes: we saw singer/trumpet player Bria Skonberg last night. Another evening of fantabulous music! She opened with From This Moment On, and just as the audience gave in to her smoky sultry voice, the verse was over and she grabbed her trumpet, pointed it up to the sky,  and just wailed!  A great band, terrific selection of material from standards to original compositions, and wonderful chemistry among the players. Not only did we stay for the second set, but I bought her CD!
