It seems a long time since I posted a photo looking south along Windermere from Borrans Park. It needs a good sky and we haven't had many recently. 

An early walk and I saw roadwork signs being set up in the centre of Ambleside at 6.20. Home for breakfast then off to Asda in Kendal. I don't know if it was holiday traffic or the roadworks (white lines and painted directions) but it took 35 minutes to drive the last 2 miles home.
