All systems go....

What a difference when the weather plays ball !
Sent 2 away for big square bales then I emptied their loads while they had their breakfast. Then sent one for more bales while the other came down the road to load silage bales on a trailer so I could give this weeks demo tractor a burn up. It's a 100 hp John Deere this time. Wasn't too impressed with the gearbox though.
The contractor arrived at 11 am to start cutting the winter barley. There are quite a lot of heads getting cut off and wasted on the ground as it is so far brackled over with all the rain we have been getting. However by 11pm tonight the 60 acres was all cut and I had baled 30 acres of the straw, so not a bad days work.
