2017 Wednesday -- The Back Bay

The Inn at Morro Bay is a large resort and where this photo was taken is probably the most expensive part of the resort because it has the bay view, and what a lovely view it is. We were just out for a drive and wandered through the Inn's parking lot to the section where we could see the view.

The harbor, the back bay, and the Estuary are so different than the shoreline in Cayucos where our little house is located and they provide a pleasant change of scenery. So at least once or twice a week a ride up the coast to San Simeon or slightly south to Morro Bay or Los Osos or inland to San Luis Obispo provides another perspective on life.

Then we stopped for dinner on the patio at Mi Casa for some delicious Mexican food before heading back to our little lavender house to feed the pups and take them for their nightly walk around the block.
