Today I didn't have the balls to say what I am really suffering to someone, so I let Shy do it I just hope they understand.




I also have no bounce today because of yesterdays shennanigans...so you can see how this is a symbol for today, abit of a red faced one ... the metaphor is endless so I better stop now and go and make a cup of tea.
