Shell Macro
I suppose what got me thinking about doing a shell macro was a wee project that Margaret set up for our grand-daughters whilst they were staying with us. Over the years she has collected a wide range of shells. She persuaded the girls to use some of the shells to make abstract pictures with them. Mine is a very basic still life macro using available light and focus stacking to get a wide enough range to ensure the shells are pin sharp. Apologies for the vivid red background but every so often I need to put a burst of saturated colour in my images.
