Refreshing

After a reasonable trip to London in the car we arrived in SE5 at about 12.30. Tom and Charlotte packed the car up with her belongings whilst I cleaned the cooker and kitchen cupboards, went over the bathroom, dusted and hoovered her room, plus other stuff.
Off to Harrow next to set up her 3rd year house. There was so much stuff in the car, Charlotte had to get the tube. She arrived shortly before we did. The lad who's room she's taking over 'forgot' to be there! But to cut a long story short, the landlord, who lives next door was able to let us in and unload. Interestingly he has 3 cats with thumbs! honest, I'll try and get a blip one day.  We were all relieved to get into our air conditioned hotel and sought much needed food and refreshment at the local Frankie and Benny's. 
So much for hitting London Town this evening...................but non the less, a very pleasant way to end an exhausting day.
