Bye bye weather, please.

The sky was electric all night. It was awesome and a little disturbing.

But the weather changes so dramatically up here. In the middle photo, the snow-topped Alps were so clear late morning. The Alps are the third horizon, just about distinct from the clouds above.

We were all ready to leave for a day's outing and a hail storm arrived, chucking walnut-sized stones at the house.

So we stayed put. Early afternoon, Elbows and a gaggle of boys set off to collect Ali from the airport.

So it is with deep joy that Ali is now able to drive the second car. But even Ali is teasing Elbows about his state of mind when he booked this place, through AirBnB.

There's no dispute that it's a fab house though. :-)
