Ring of Brodgar
We spent the night by the Bay of Skaill, and were fortunate to see an otter eating just below the van. It was fine again and we wandered along the beach, before heading off to see the Ring of Brodgar and the Stones of Stenness. It was much busier than it used to be, and there are some drainage works going on to help erosion. It’s difficult to get a blip without too many people, but if you go to the east side the chances are better. The extra is of the sunset at Waulkmill Bay where we stayed the night.
