Skin and Bones

And dust.    A river otter mummy, found under the cabin!   Humm, wonder when and how this rather small otter met its demise….it’s up a hill from the water…sort of other worldly…..


Good South wind today!!  Blew the air clear!  We saw some blue sky and clouds for the first time in weeks.  Rain is even predicted tonight…we’ll see…. Neighbors from another small island (with the basketball court our boys use!) brought their grandchildren over for a little while to play in the studio.  

Edit: it did rain in the night!! Not enuf to put the fires out sadly.
