Sunday: Playing Hide & Seek ...

... with a very large Bumble Bee, which finally got tired of being followed and flew off!!
Mostly warm and sunny, with lots of cloud too.
MrD went off on his motorbike, leaving me to get on with little jobs in the garden.
Started cleaning & packing seeds for the Cottage Garden Seed Exchange: American land cress, unusual bluish Malva, Echium pinanata, good King Henry, salsify, purple toadflax and mixed Astrantia. A few more need to dry off.
Potted on kale "scarlet" & Cavollo Nero, red cabbage, purple sprouting Broccoli into bigger terra cotta pots with larger pieces of net to protect them from cabbage white caterpillars & slugs & snails - fingers crossed!
The bumble bee along with many of its friends, was enjoying the peach coloured Buddleia growing over the vegetable garden.
