Fairytale castle

It is said that Craigievar Castle in Aberdeenshire inspired Walt Disney's Cinderella.
Probably not true but it certainly has the look of a castle straight out of a fairytale. It is very pink and sits on high ground overlooking the surrounding countryside.
Unlike most Scottish castles it never saw any fighting but was purely a family home - of the Forbes family.
