Mowing

Instructed to mow one of the horse fields and meant driving close by the stables and crossing the field where the horses are now on.

Nothing but nothing will get Quarter Horse Rosie to come out of the shade and almost fly-free stable. Sultan on the other hand in his typical "I'm an Arabian and allowed to be frightened by anything" mode, shot out each time I passed and sort refuge in the shade of one of the trees. This game happens every time the tractor comes and has been going on for years. You would think that one day he would learn.

Sultan somewhere on the left and the new roof and PV on the house visible. With this weather it is doing a splendid job - we are 100% self sufficient on most days and certainly as long as there is a spell of a few hours of sunshine. I will though have to trim back some of the trees in front of the house but that was planned anyway, independent of the PV.
