Picked up the boys in the pouring rain; quickly back home to dump stuff before a family day saver was purchased and off to the Botanics. A blip meet! (I'm going to be lazy and link  other  people's  blips of the wander about at 
the Botanic Gardens - I'm leaving one for Tom's photo which we'll hopefully get up soon)
Good to meet new faces and an enjoyable morning chatting and pottering gave way to a jaunt onto the BBC tent to catch new found hero of Tom and G in the Dog Ate My Homework. Love Island has a lot to answer for.

BBC done, we hit the book festival for Greg James and Chris Smith talking about Kid Normal; another entertaining hour before heading up to hers for dinner.

Then a 47 home. Tom and I managed Championship Goals on 5 but MOTD? We were both long gone by the time that started...
