Barley

The field behind the holiday cottage is full of barley. Not yet quite ripe but perhaps destined for a fine malt whiskey, maybe a craft brewery, or maybe the feed for some of Scotland's cattle. Whatever tonnes of it are grown every year and all I was trying to do is see it from a different angle. Camera laid on the floor amongst the stems pointing to the sky. Not quite worked. Needed to use a wider angle lens.
