In the bush

We spent most of the day watching out for beasts of all shapes and sizes wander or fly past our vantage point on the lapa.

Elies, Kudu, Bushbuck, Warties, Fish Eagles, an African Hawk Eagle, Crocodiles and Hippo's all came past to say hello before it was time to set off on a (rather windy) game drive with our host Paul.

In addition to seeing a bush wedding, we were treated to black backed jackals, a variety of buck and bush babies. Sadly the lions eluded us but we went to sleep in our open air bedroom to their roar and the cackle of hyena.

Do we really have to go home tomorrow?
