Still teaching Pilates after all these years

Back in my previous life when I lived in Sussex I used to teach Pilates for a living (amongst other things). When I moved to the Lakes I was sad to leave my classes, some of which I'd taught for many years.

I'm lucky enough not to need to teach for a living any longer but three years ago I was approached by the U3A in Keswick and have been teaching a group every Friday voluntarily ever since.

They enjoy it, I enjoy it and so it's win win all round.
