99 In The Shade

I have walked past this war Memorial to the fallen almost every work day for the last 15 months. In that time, the guards have always stood again the wall of the Kremlin. For some reasonn, now that summer is here, someone in power, hello MrP? has decided they should be level with the flames and thus be kept warmer. There are temperatures of 30°C plus forecast, I don't envy these poor guys. I just hope they don't get moved back against the wall when winter comes and that 30° has a minus in front of it.
