black bread

At least that’s what the recipe calls it.  It’s not really black - more chocolaty brown - not surprising as it contains cocoa powder, coffee powder and mollases.

I cut a slice and Anniemay tentatively nibbles a corner - then nips off to fridge for the butter.  Nuff said.
