An Adventurous Day...
...Spartan write up, hope in a few sentences to describe Sunday. I am feeling really strong and focusing on starting my racing season. Haven't raced for a while but trained super hard, so really looking forward to throw myself in the battle of the fells.
Starting with a magic atmospheric morning I ran 52ish miles doing a modified Millenium way and it went beautifully well. And nobody found my hidden supplies!
Made it to the Ilkley Tri just after 3:20ish to see earthdreamer racing with his team doing the bike leg, waited waited so I finally decided to start walking running following the loop that they do and I would hopefully see him. I missed him on the way out as he was going very fast, saw him the first time at the bottom of the hill and then found a spot I liked for some photos and waited there. And I got a photo of earthdreamer coming up with his magic bike and showing off his powerful legs! I am deciding to not post a photo of him on the bike though. I decided to post the photo of this young runner that at the bottom of the hill he stopped, he got a cramp...inside i straight away wanted for him to feel ok, i didn't talk, i just looked at him telling him he will be ok he looked back and acknowledged the look, powered up and climbed the hill beautifully. It was a moment of silent communication...runner to runner.
Saw earthdreamer at the finish just as soon as his running partner M was going through the finish line. He was buzzing so I let him celebrate with his team. And headed for a coffee alone while eagerly waiting for E's meditation session at a beautiful little magic place. The night continued with sensitive dancing meditation and then having to run/walk home in the rain as all train services were cancelled. But I felt like I was floating
I loved the day, I loved everything, the people, nature, everything
This is a backblip. I have some many photos I can't anymore decide what to post. My new camera is here today so be ready to see shots like the ones you see but in outstanding resolutions.
I have to go now...today's blip tomorrow. I want to breath more life and hear the rain on the skylights ...I love her.
