Shapely tree

When we had to take down two beautiful pines because they were blocking next door's light, we planted this tree in their place. It was just eight feet high when we planted it, but it has grown into a beautiful tree. It is evergreen and is called Ligustrum Lucidum. It is sometimes called a giant privet, and you can see the similarity in the flowers shown in the extra blip.
It has been a dull day, and not very warm. I have an idea that the central heating will be on tonight!
