...Ev'ry time you draw.....

We drew the quiz tonight....thanks to our captain who was acting as question master giving the Royal points for a wrong answer....because it was "close enough"!

The question was about a specific TV programme called Garrow's Law...they answered Garret's Law....and he awarded the points.

Words were exchanged after the game...he was left in no doubt how I as Captain for the night and the other three players felt.....the pressure is now on us all season to make up the point...starting next week with the defending champions....knowing that if we lose we will be 3 points adrift....and we will have to beat all the other teams that are in front of us on 4 points.

I was/am not a happy bunny!!!!!

The scores went:
Round 1. 8-8
Round 2. 13-15
Round 3. 19-20
Round 4 23-24
Round 5. 29-33
Round 6. 41-43
Round 7. 49-51
Round 8. 57-57

If we had gone into half time 24-22 as we should have done....the pressure would have been on them and we'd have won 57-55 at worst....maybe even by more.
