Hopetoun Monument

A nice morning for the bike ride to East Lothian. I cycle down to Musselburgh, then along the coast road. The weather is sunny out to Aberlady. I head inland up, its quite a climb from sea level, past the Hopetoun Monument. At the top, I head west down Bangly Brae. The clouds are now coming in. My sunglasses make the sky look a bit angry. I head down to Longniddry and on to the coastal road back to Musselburgh. From there, its on to the cycle path to St. Leonards, and then home. 69.7km.

After lunch, its down to Morningside and Bruntsfield. (yes, charity shops and coffee and cake) It stays dry.
