Meat (Meet) Burger

Meet Burger, our steer that we are raising for our freezer. The boys called him Burger; you can probably guess why, so that is his name now. He is a 100% Holstein Friesan - his fathers full name is Westland CL Jasper, so technically we could call this calf Westland CL Jasper-Burger! Lol.

I love Burger's black rings around his eyes, and the black spots on his pink nose and bottom lip. In this picture he is yawning, just about to have his afternoon siesta.
