Trail Shoes

Well after the rain yesterday I decide when I came back from school, that it was about time I christened these little beauties. My cold is now a sniffle, but I am stiff after doing kettlebells yesterday without the normal run beforehand, so the run today was slow and sore. I am starting to get concerned about my ability to do this up coming half marathon justice. I think I will wait and see how the 10k in a week and a half goes before I make a definitive decision.

Surprisingly the ground underfoot wasn't at all bad, so the shoes came back looking much the same as they went out. If the weather forecast is anything to go by then that will change very soon.
