Thirty-Nine From This Day Forward

Another year gone.  Where does the time go?
I'm here with my friend Larry and his brother Darryl and his other brother, Darryl.  Oops, sorry, I believe that's from the Bob Newhart Show.  I guess I'm really  aging myself now.

Actually, helping to celebrate my birthday are my mom (right), my friend, Alma, and my other friend, Alma.  Seriously, they're both named Alma. I consider both Almas to be co-2nd moms. Despite the Almas having only met once before (22 Aug 2014), they got along like old friends. 

Mom gave me her gold chain and cross which she got when she visited Rome. It was blessed by Pope John Paul II. I feel blessed to still have her.
