Car to Carcavelos

We had a very windy (still no air con) drive to Carcavelos (where the Tagus River meets the sea), but lost about 10 degrees as we neared Lisbon - wonderful, it's actually quite cool in the flat we've airbnb-ed here in Rana.

Had lunch with the colleagues. The girls have been to the beach, been shopping, and made us dinner. I was suddenly called upon to lead a session, quick panic, but it went well, I think. About to go back to Carcavelos for more sessions, girls coming with us to go on the beach there...
