First time house owners

After what has been over a year with many ups and downs, DD and JR eventually took possession of a house today. All of about fifty metres form where they are currently renting, the move itself should not be too stressful although there is work to be done.
With a 30th birthday, getting engaged and a house purchase, it has been a busy month.
