Today's the day ......................... to look at the windows

Went to a really good talk this afternoon on Interesting & Unusual Kendal Buildings. It was given by Jamie Barnes - a Kendalian - who is now a freelance curator and artist.

This is one of his quirky etchings of the town where he has pulled out several of the well known Kendal buildings and placed them next to each other in a higglety pigglety way. The windows of the town are very particular to this part of the country and very recognisable.
