Tractor Thursday.......

A dry day again spent baling up the field of grass that I cut yesterday . Had it all baled by lunch time and wrapped by mid afternoon . Unhitched the baler and put on the mower to open up another 25 acre field , hopefully to bale tomorrow.
Then off with the mower and on with the fertiliser spreader to top dress the 2 fields I baled earlier in the week. Need the grass to re grow ready for ewes next month.
A heavy down pour just as I finished which seems to be the weather this week.
The contractor in with his JCB and big Stewart trailer hauling the 80 tons of barley that we have sold. Didn't take long at 18 tons a load !
