Caught out

There were lots of song-related titles floating through my head for this blip, but I didn't want to incur the wrath of Pippilongstock after yesterday's double dose of earworms...

Anyway, I never imagined I'd post a nighttime blip - our camera is manifestly rubbish at taking nighttime shots, and no photo I've ever taken of the moon or night sky has ever worked. I was planning to take an arty shot of the evening clouds on my way to the pub this evening, but it was dark already by the time I'd finished putting the kids to bed at half past seven - when did that happen?! I'm sure last time I checked it was vaguely light until at least eight!

So I'm stuck with this. I kind of quite like the silhouettes of the trees, even if they are a little blurry around the edges, but having spent so much of this afternoon admiring other people's frankly awe-inspiring photos on here, I'm almost too embarrassed to post such a lame offering.
