A community event popular on a Saturday across Australia and New Zealand many a sporting organisation, community groups, election day voting booths and school P and C have raised funds from day long sausage sizzles.
Day long being the operative word....ooooer the dreaded roster wrangling of the reluctant parent when I was a mum of Cubs.

The ingredients...snags and onions, buns, sauces and bbq...are often donated and all the proceeds go to the the fundraiser.
