...of a resident squirrel

who knew i'd meet him out for a little stroll on the rocks... or that he'd be quite friendly... actually sitting for me a few moments as i snapped off a couple quick shots - as though he had his portrait taken every fall day...

next time i take a walk out back - i'll need to grab some treats... there were several squirrels out and about - one appeared to be a mama, although i couldn't tell if she was pregnant now or just recently gave birth... she wasn't too squittish which thrilled me - i'm always eager to make friends with the locals so this was a good introduction on the rocks - making for...
