Rowing a quad with Mr hazelh

Lovely Saturday, i drove the men to the rowing club for their workout and i went to the yoga studio to teach my weekly Pilates class. I met the men at the Pumphouse bar for breakfast and came home with them. That was pretty well the extent of effort for the full day. Both hazelh and i are still flattened by the Louisville lurgy, she remained in bed and i ended up having to crawl in to my own bed later in the afternoon. She needs to recover for the return flight tomorrow, and i need to be well for work on Monday. Not a very exciting Saturday night at our home! The men spent much time on the computer with Mr hazelh offering training and tips to my sweetie on all sorts of computer stuff, but mostly on creating historical record videos with voiceover for our alma mater! Very successful session!
